Trey Franks has dedicated his life to helping top performers achieve the highest levels of personal and team performance. He is an avid student of leadership and has personally mentored over 3,000 performers to reach their full potential. His experience has been obtained from over 14 years as a military leader and top performer where he was selected for multiple special duties open to only 1% of the total 350,000 active members.
His performance was recognized by some of the highest performance awards attainable and his teams consistently earned service level recognition. He was honored to have received personal mentorship time with all the living Chief Master Sergeants of the Air Force (highest enlisted member & enlisted liaison to Chief of Staff of the Air Force), multiple Secretary of the Air Force & Under-Secretary of the Air Force, and numerous other high-ranking leaders during his career.
His military experience includes over 5,000 platform teaching hours in various subjects to include Anti-Terrorism Force Protection, Combat First Aid Skills, and Basic Military Training Instructor Trainer. He began his journey as a leader teaching basic trainees the skills needed to become excellent team members and future leaders. He excelled at the mentorship of his troops by incorporating the lessons of John C. Maxwell's "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" & " 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork" into every lesson he taught. He directly impacted the lives of thousands of new Airmen, many of which continually contact him to say thanks for changing their lives.
Trey has continued to excel in the civilian market pursuing numerous entrepreneurial opportunities to include starting new markets from concept, creating nation's largest adventure sports brokerage firms, launching digital advertising start-ups, and numerous sales consulting ventures. He has created highly skilled sales and marketing teams for numerous industries including inbound call centers & door-to-door direct marketing teams culminating in millions of dollars in sales for multiple industries. His secret to success is providing core value-based sales approach to his clients by always following the three core values that were ingrained within him in the US Air Force - Integrity First, Service Before Self, & Excellence In All You Do.
Now his career has come full circle to passing on the knowledge he has developed over 25-year career in leadership, team building, and business. He believes anyone can become a self-made success by always displaying a high energy level and refusing to accept mediocrity in any form.
